Double pocket doors allow wheelchair access to laundry but also can be closed off when needed. An occupancy sensor was added to activate the overhead light.

Custom cabinetry allows for easy access to laundry supplies as well as elevates front loading washer and dryer for better functionality. A large Blanco single-bowl silgranite sink and hands-free Delta Touch2O faucet make cleanup easy. This laundry room is loaded with storage options. 

Well thought out spaces even though small can be beautiful and functional. The conversion of an unused porch to a office nook and powder bath made much better use of the space. 

We added two integral file cabinets in lower drawers, a pullout that allows the printer to be hidden from sight and mail organizational center.
